TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Direct debit membership
​

  • $33 per week billed monthly in advance from your nominated account

  • Cancellations can be made after the initial 3 months with 2 weeks written notice

  • Membership freezes can be requested via email with a minimum freeze period of 2 weeks

  • Membership freezes can only be requested once every 3 months

  • Declined payments will trigger a membership hold until overdue payments are rectified

  • A $10 dishonour fee will be debited from your nominated account for all declined payments

  • Excludes shoe hire

 
 
Prepaid memberships
​

  • Available in 3, 6 or 12 months

  • Non-refundable however can be transferred in extenuating circumstances at our discretion

  • Can be suspended for a minimum period of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks at a time

  • Suspensions can only be enacted once every 3 months & cannot be requested within the first 4 weeks or retrospectively

  • All memberships exclude shoe hire

 
 
Member benefits
​

  • Membership holders will have full access to Rocket Climbing facilities

  • Membership holders are entitled to 15% off full-price retail items

  • Membership holders are entitled to one free entry for a friend per month

  • Free entry cannot be accumulated & must be used before the month ends

 

 

 
YOUR HEALTH OBLIGATIONS

​

 

  • You must be in good physical health to use Rocket Climbing facilities

  • You must inform us, in writing with full details, if activities within the facility might risk your health

  • You must also tell us if your medical condition changes after you have joined.

  • We may choose to refuse or cancel your memberships if written clearance has not been provided by your doctor

  • If you are unwell with an infection, contagious illness or physical ailment, you must not use our facilities

  • You must inform us if there is any other risk that may affect other members or guests, & not use our facilities until we have deemed risk acceptable

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

At times, we may make changes to our terms & conditions, this includes changes to our operating hours. Closures may also occur due to events & improvements – we will keep you updated on any planned closures however this may not always be possible in unforeseen circumstances.

Membership fees will not be reduced during short periods of closure. Notice of closure will be via our website, social media avenues & email. You may cancel your membership if changes to our T&Cs or gym rules adversely affect you.
