For your own enjoyment & safety, as well as that of others, please be familiar with the simple rules & etiquette below. Please ask our friendly staff if you have any questions.
Safety

All participants must read & sign the Rocket waiver

Accept responsibility for your own actions, only climb to a height you are comfortable with

Down climb whenever possible

Rocket has a no drug or alcohol policy

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

No food or drinks on the mats
We welcome pets however please ensure your loved ones remain on lead, off the mats, behave appropriately & are closely supervised. Appreciate that not everyone enjoys animals.
Pigeonholes are available however personal items are stored at own risk. Rocket will hold lost items where possible where space permits.
Please note, Rocket staff reserve the right to refuse new or existing patrons entry to the facility, and or ask patrons to leave, if they believe that the safety or comfort of others is compromised.
